Deletion and termination

Data is deleted or returned at the end of the applicable relationship, except where retention is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International processing

Infrastructure providers may process limited operational data in other jurisdictions. Appropriate contractual and legal safeguards are evaluated before production use.
