This policy explains how Shop Radar Lab handles information during its private, pre-production phase.

1. Current scope

Shop Radar Lab is under development in Brazil. Access is restricted to authorized users, and the application is not currently intended to process production seller or creator personal data.

2. Data minimization

We collect only information necessary to provide, secure and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

We may use specialized infrastructure providers for hosting, database, authentication and storage. These providers act under their own contractual and security obligations.

4. Security and retention

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices and defined retention periods appropriate to the type and purpose of the data.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, individuals may request access, correction, deletion or information about the processing of their personal data.

6. Contact

A dedicated privacy contact channel will be published before production access is enabled.
